  • Return and Refund Policy

    1. Returns

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your shirt and/or tumbler, you may return it within [14] days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

    2. Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-7] business days.

    3. Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange your shirt and/or for a different size or color, please contact us at kwhite@mysophisticatedshop.com within [7] days of receiving your item. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

    4. Return Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    5. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective shirt and/or tumbler please contact us immediately at kwhite@mysophisticatedshop.com with details and photos of the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.

    6. Final Sale Items

    Certain sale items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
