Shipping Policy
At Simply Sophisticated, there is a flat shipping rate of $11.85. Please allow 3-5 business days to ship after the product is made.
For Local Deliveries, there is a flat delivery rate of $5.00 for all hand deliveries within a 30 mile radius of my current location. Please allow 3-5 business days to ship after the product is made.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or customs delays.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Simply Sophisticated, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfication.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for returns, unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Process:

Once the return is authorized, please securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item or damaged product.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment or provide an exchange, as per customer's preference.
